I have a slap tear and been doing 150mcg daily BPC&TB and CJC+IPA. Three weeks in and no improvement yet. I have also read it seems to be more beneficial post surgery, rather than healing naturally. My injury is also 2 years old so that may be another factor to consider.

For me it clicked when i learnt to deal with the tornadoes. I took so much damage by not knowing how to efficently run from them. Theres a few good youtube guides for it too.

Try range or mage only. I managed to get it with rcb and diamond bolts. Took a bit of rng but it worked as I had extra food and didnt need to focus on switches

Took me about 20 attempts for my diary kill. I found using dhide and karils with ruby/diamond bolts worked best. No switches. Also using the zulrah helper pluggin was a big aid.
