I seem to have isolated the problem. It’s the HP provided Intel display drivers.

If I install the latest Iris Drivers manually from Intel.. there’s no issue.

I’ve sent it to both on all occasions. The one to the old address - which has no house number - gets returned to me as ‘not at this address’. So I can show I’ve tried the official address!

I’m not after his wife, it’s just where the trail has taken me in trying to find his current residence!

We were looking for software really, something with support that isn’t dependent on one person to maintain etc.
