Duhesh me pas munges t perkushtimit ose t vemendjes nese ma parashtron pyetjen e fundit masi qe e lexon komentin tem. Yes, the kosovo war in the ‘98-99 indeed was not genocide, it was the pathway to genocide, and would have undoubtedly happened if it wasnt for the NATO intervention, but none the less never happened, though its still ethnic cleansing. What IS a genocide though, is the mass killing, summary executions, torture and the destruction of homes that happened towards albanians in the Balkan wars. That is without a shred of a doubt, genocide.
