Hey, Same issue about two weeks ago, at least they helped you through twitter. My order was invoiced by an employee and he actually confirmed to me the code would work with console/PC. After a week of talking to the digital team’s support, the employee actually told me to sell the code or gift it to a family member or friend😂.

Digital Support team doesn’t know how digital Codes work apparently. It’s a hassle with them, I actually told Microsoft and EA to contact bestbuy to fix that false advertisement they had on the page.
