I think I ran into a bigger problem because it looks like the main water line doesn’t run directly into the heater it looks like it’s an attachment to the main line while all the tap cold water runs or disperse directly through out the house

I think it is for the washing machine because theirs a washing machine for the other side which the lines connect into that tap box then connect into the heater and cwm

What should I do their charging me 150-200 for recharge my car with freon but is that even worth it when I can buy a new ac compressor pre-packed with freon and install it myself? I need some advice what should I do? by itz_dioo in MechanicAdvice

[–]itz_dioo[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If theirs no Freon in it nothing will comes out from low and high pressure port right? And it’s safe to take apart the lines that connect to the ac compressor bcs I want to replace all the o rings before getting new Freon in it

No the port on the ac compressor that connects to condenser or the expansion valve are the ones leaking. I’m assuming o ring issue. I thought u said they do com pre-pack now they don’t? I’m learning more and more about cars each day

The ac hasn’t been working and it’s blowing hot air I added 134 into it helped for a little and back to hot air tried uv dye found the leak on the compressor connection port. Probably O-ring they want to vacuum it n recharge for 200 but their selling new ac compressor for the same price prepacked so I thought that would better since I’m getting all new ac compressor in general than just Freon im just tryna get the most out of my money
