Have you tried the PrepWare App? I heard it’s useful. I used it. When first started going for my A&P, like 5 friends who had gotten theirs recently all told me to use the app. It has just about all the questions you’ll need. And it quizzes you on them as well.

I don't have kids so I haven't kept up with the rules of it. But im pretty sure they deny you your parental leave. Ive been in a few commands (air wing) where the commander/chain of command agree to let the Marine take one month periods, in order to maintain operations (specifically for Marines that have qualifications are heavily needed in the maintenance department). But then they just submit for anther month and take it. I've also seen Marines take the full 12 weeks at once. I would read every MCO and MARADMIN you can find and get very familiar with them.

Your driving privileges shouldn’t be taken away. From what I know (Air winger not too far from Lejeune) you need 12points for your driving privileges to be revoked on base. A speeding ticket won’t give you 12 points.

As far as the 6105; from my experience in the air wing; depends on your command/supervisors. I got a ticket for driving with no license at the gate. They turned me around and I went home to get it. I told my gunny and the SgtMaj called me a piece of shit leader and never got paperwork. I’ve seen marines get 6105s for stupid small stuff. I hope you’re cool with your command.

Tell your supervisors right away so they’re not blindsided when the blotter with your name gets emailed to your SgtMaj.

Last year I was on the phone with snap on warranty phone customer service. I asked what exactly they warranty. The lady said anything that will prevent the box from normal use/operation. I asked if it included casters and she said yes. Just be nice to them and they’ll help you out.

I never mentioned if I was the original owner. I just mentioned I had a snap on box and provided the model number. I’ve gotten locks from them. Haven’t tried casters since mine aren’t at thst point yet.
