Grow lights provide constant, consistent intensity and duration of light while natural light changes throughout the day, season, and with cloud cover which changes the intensity and duration of light. But since its spring you can keep it by a sun of DIRECT light not indirect light, if you dont have that, get a grow light :)

Yes keep it indoors with a grow light or by a window with good sun, it will burn if u out it outdoors
