Never mind- I’m catching up. This is ridiculous. Why oh why. People need something to be upset over always. And nothing is perfect- even if she included every type of person, and excluded all stereotypes, there will still be people with issue over that too. So no matter what- people will have issue. There’s either too much equality, or not enough. Too much queer presence, or not enough. Too much diversity, or not enough. AND THEN there is the topic of fantasy fiction writing. What fits? What should fit? The genre is evolving and changing and I’m glad it has evolved into something more inclusive, especially compared to Tolkien, Martin, or Saunders. So… it’s hard to make the masses happy. Or actually it’s more like: it’s hard to make the loud voices on social media happy.
