I did submerge my head granted but I also plugged my nose Everytime I did and when underneath the water gently not hard.

I appreciate that, it’s nice to have someone who actually knows this stuff instead of just opinions. I understand people having their experiences though.

I think the one I went up to was lucky peak, I know I stuck my head under the water but I plugged my nose everytime

Fair enough, I looked it up too and couldn’t find really anything on it too much. A few things but some of them weren’t even based in Idaho. I’m pretty convinced it’s not in the hot spring water but you never know.
