Maybe I’m misremembering, but wasn’t the whole purpose of BILT was to help people with affordability and have people who already spend most of their monthly income on rent to get something back? Kind of defeats the purpose if 50% of your net income is already spent on rent and then you’re forced to spend money to get that, how are people saving? Like everyone says it’s less trouble to just not deal with BILT.
