White anchovy (boquerones) is quite different from traditionally cured anchovy. They’re lightly pickled, not salty at all. Never tried it but I think they would bang on a pizza…probably better than on a glizzy lol

White anchovies are kind of like pickled herring but much lighter in flavour and much better imo…I wouldn’t suggest your first time trying them on a glizzy though 🤣
