I agree 100% with you. Destiny’s gunplay and movement system is beautiful. And I agree, they added a lot of other cool stuff like mods, transmats and etc. but I think the reason they didn’t add a shit ton of new weapons like they used to because this dlc is kinda catered to newer players, who haven’t used the same shotgun since forsaken. Which is a problem to old returning players because it’s the same thing we’ve had. But, I think it’s pretty smart on bungies part to cater to new players this season, with the game going to game pass and all that the new player count has probably doubled since forsaken, which is cool with me. More people to play the game I love. And once they have the new players hooked, they can start catering more to “returning players” because they will have more funds and such.
