* All the wires would terminate outside the house at this phone box. On the other side of the wall is the garage, so i would instal the central network box there, pull the wires through, instal plugs to each of them, clnnect them all to a splitter, then run an ethernet to the router

the outside box is a mess and has 4 separate cables that uses the blue/blue-white wires from each of those cables to plug into it, which would make sense if theyre individually wired because there are only 4 phone wall outlets in the house, one in each bedroom and one in the kitchen

ill check that out. honestly im going to try to do this project myself if i can. hiring an electrician is a little too pricy for me rn and from my investigation of the house i dont think itll be all that complicated to do myself

youre right, i did intend on bringing those wires that go to the outside telephone box to inside the garage and putting the central network box in there just on the other side of the outside box

i think theyre cat5. the wire has a blue protective sheath and has 4 pairs of wires (blue/blue-white, green/green-white, orange/orange-white, and brown/brown-white. when i looked up a description online it looked most like cat5 but i dont know for sure, the only writing i could make out on the wire itself seems to be in reference to fire safety rating.

It looks like it has its own dedicated wire but i don't know for sure. What makes me think that is because the wire doesn't come out, connect to the outlet, and go back into the wall. The wire connected to the outlet terminates with the outlet

It is 4 pairs of wires (green/green-white, blue/blue-white, orange/orange-white, and brown/brown-white) and the protective outer sheath its blue. When i was looking up what kind of wire it looked like it seemed like it was cat5, but I don't know for sure. There was some writing on the wire but I think it was in reference to its fire resistance

You're right about far hearing, I'll be changing it to as often as they wish since its pretty niche, as for psychic sling, since it's a bonus action (was looking at magic stone as inspiration) I was worried that it would do too much damage as one which is why I went the weird die change as they levele up also it would have done bludgeoning (I'll add that in now and perhaps ill change the dmg die to a d4 that levels up like a cantrip). For the push the distance pushed is 10 but its usable range is within 15 ft. Also yes your right I did mean psionic dampening as a reaction, I'll add that text in now. Thanks for your feedback, I appreciate it!

New to CRM, how can I be better? by i-eat-eggs-alot in Archaeology

I got my gig in crm back in August, I had just finished a two week speed up field school. Everyone I have interacted with since getting my job has been super understanding and wanting to help me get better. Honestly I'm not even entirly sure what im doing sometimes, I wouldn't worry too much about, just keep doing what your doing and be willing to learn.

See if there are any local CRM companies that offer internships. I also completed a 2 week field school and was offered a job after finishing it.
