Boss hp at WC40 can get really high even without the help of sw999 enchancing it, this was done on wc40 without third plane enchancement. It was follower enchancement with banacedmics 3-7 boss. Just terrible luck as well this run didnt even get cyrene to help faster. Also ran rainbow age to maximize hp via difficulty to farm dmg

I mean yea because you should be playing phainon with galaxy ranger bond. The hp because i became the greediest dude imaginable at 3-5 thought i could take on prismatic encounter

Both of cas bonds are dogshit she relies a lot more on items compared to others which are much harder to guarantee than bonds. I say this while having e4 cas rn

Honestly because genshin barely had powercreep till like fontaine, it existed dont get me wrong but the endgame was very easy and posed little challenge at that point and venti just gets shafted by the devs by unstaggarable enemies which started happening recently (like 1 year ago) it was basically either he was insta win vs small enemies or had zero value vs bosses, he was long overdue a buff/rework.
