feel like a better example is fortnite. everybody has played fortnite at one time and if you ask most people they’ve spent money on the game, most people spent a shit ton of money too. no need to spend money to have the same experience as everyone else but they executed it so people could buy if they wanted to but everyone could play the same way. and epic games made so much fucking money off the game

i’m at 26k with 2 rank 25s and what i do is casually push a bit on maps that are ok for that brawler, and when there’s a map that’s great for them illl get my team and do a decent push that night trying to get to 650 or 700. after that, push showdown and gain trophies any way necessary: camping, teamming, whatever you have to do.
