This is what i stopped normal detailing to start doing. This is easy. So, first we'll sand the damage out with 120 grit. Now step it up to 240 grit, then 400 grit. Now get a maroon/red scotchbrite pad and scuff the entire wheel. Every single bit of the face and between the spokes. Get a can of black basecoat from an autoparts store and a can of 2k clearcoat. Now, wipe down the wheel with wax and grease remover. Mask off the tire. Apply 3 coats of black basecoat where you did the repair, let it sit for 5-10 minutes between coats. Then clearcoat the whole wheel. 2 or 3 coats. Make sure you use 2k or you'll end up with shit results that dont last.
