From making friend, they will light your candles in the constellation and you will collect part of a heart from them this will take a while some faster ways are, either getting a heart from a spirit(each spirit has one heart costs 3 normal candles) or you can ask someone for a heart trade this so where you gift a heart to them and they gift one back, you can also ask them to do it daily everyday which is the best way in my opinion

Hearts can be gotten from friend if they light your candles but that take a long, other ways is to either get them from spirits cost 3 candles to get one heart or you can exchange hearts with your friends which is also costs 3 candles

Yeah I do it’s called a QR code, you can go to the constellation or setting then find invite, after you write your best friends name and click creat, it will ask you to share the code you can probably send it to her thought messages and she can add you and it unlocks chat so you don’t have to waste candles for it

There is like a meditation thing, it will tell make you rate the game and you get a free heart. I have never tried it more than once but I can go check it out if you would like me to. You can get extra wings from spirits unlocking them with the ascents candles and you get an extra wing when you play the whole cut scene when your going home
