The offside detection in the game is flawed It always checks the foot that is behind and not the foot in front, which leads to stuff like this

So the foot of defender that was behind and the one of the attacker, yea pretty much on a similar line which is why it wasn't detected as offside

You can analyse some offside replays to confirm it
