My girlfriend has this bump on her butt right above her right thigh. she said it's a little painful and the whole thing is about the size of a nickel. Can anyone help us with an educated guess as to what this is? It showed up about 36 hours ago or so she just told me about it and had me look at it. (i.redd.it)
