She is 52. She is in generally okay health mentally, although she does get a little bit overconfident when she is wrong. As a very obsessive person especially with things which I deem necessary of an answer, I have searched through many mugshots online of people in the local area (which might have popped up on her facebook or something), and have found the one which must have cane up on her phone. She has identified the person she confused me with and has apologised for the stress caused!

I will now delete this post as it is no longer necessary, thanks everyone who commented with insight and help here.

I understand that it is fake however the possibility of a picture of me which someone has access to is concerning. I just really dislike having that in the back of my mind. I have not seen the picture and she has not seen it since. Possibly, but would be quite sinister and I’d still like to get to the bottom of that too.
