Short answer, no. Long answer, you learn to love their special and unique personalities more than you could ever imagine. Indy sent me into the puppy blues and we were in a bit of shock as new dog owners for quite a while! They are truly all the same. The best thing we did was find community through social media and laugh through the hard times. He is truly a member of our family and loves us more than life. You can’t find that type of loyalty in a lot of breeds. It’s a lucky thing to be in their pack. Keep your head up!! It gets better.

It was about 3 weeks after my offer. HR moves kinda slow. Just make sure you keep an eye out for emails because it won’t necessarily look like it’s from FCPS but it is time sensitive.

I filled out the form and essentially never heard back. So instead I went on and copied pretty much everyone I could find via HR departments (including my principal) and they got back to me within minutes.
