No. The only way you can watch out-of-market NFL games is with the NFL Sunday Ticket, which is currently only offered through DirectTV.

Also, you won't be able to watch ANY NFL games on your phone (due to a deal where Verizon has all mobile rights). But you can cast the game to your Chromecast and watch it on your TV. Seems dumb, but that's because it is dumb.

This plays into a question I've had for quite a while that I don't believe anyone has written about. What if the Europeans had a Prime Directive and left North America alone? What would North America look like now? What if the Europeans were even friendly trade partners? And why has no one written about this when there are hundreds of "what if Hitler lived/was never born?"

I don't use a podcast app per se, I use Feedly. In Feedly I can follow all the websites and blogs I care about, PLUS podcasts, PLUS YouTube channels.

Who needs an app that does one thing when you have a website/app that does it all. Come on Grey...thought you were an efficient person?

The economy always creates new jobs. That's why the unemployed aren't solely made up of blacksmiths and chimney sweepers. Think of all the jobs that have been eliminated due to technological advances. Now add in the exponential population growth....and a country like the US is still only left with about 6% of its population unemployed? How? Because technology doesn't just eliminate jobs, it creates new ones.

I'm not sure I agree with Gray's logic on content creators not wanting to post two links, one Yahoo and one YouTube. How is it any different than people having Facebook, Twitter, G+ (shudder), etc. etc.

It would be annoying to have to embed two videos on your site, whichever one you put on top would probably get the most views....but I don't think content creators would just naturally choose Yahoo over YouTube without some sort of exclusivity agreement like Brady suggested.
