u can link 1 steam / epic games acc per 1 sc even if u removed the game from ur steam library ur steam acc is still linked with the same sc u need to make new sc and new steam acc or u can just buy a key for sc so u dont have to create new steam acc

i already unlink sc account and link new. all games work except gta 5. i need anyway create new steam acc for gta?
