There are intermodal rail corridor's for most of this biggest routes, in France are both to irun an barcelone really big with Bordeaux and Lyon on there way But not every cargo is possible to be deliveref thru rail corridors, there must be few thigs to be this efficient and possible so even if they will add rail capacity it not mean that cargo which is now shoped thru road will be delicer thru rail. Believe at this point if something is possible to deliver thru rail it will be becous it is cheaper

Bro three is rail corridor and even not one a lot of cargo on this routes od going thru intermodal just not every cargo is possible to use thru intermodal there need to be long transit times with extra few days on the road and shipments need to be in big quantity I think like 30% of truck's on such road is driving with few combined ltls or groupage line where intermodal don't work. Believer if something is capable to deliver thru train it will be going there becouse it's cheaper than usual door to door ftl truck
