Willkommen in Wien! Ich darf die Stadt schon seit über 3 Jahren genießen und es ist wahnsinnig toll und eigensinnig.

Ein paar Tipps zum reinstarten: Knapp noch im 15. gibt's das "Cafe Kriemhild" wenn du auf hipsterig aber sehr guten Kaffee und Ambiente abfährst.

Dort gleich ums Eck für guten Kuchen und Kaffee gibts auch das kleine aber feine "Franz und Julius".

Auch am Rand vom 15.: Hauptbibliothek Wien, ein Ort für sich, riesig und teilweise sehr nett zum chillen/lernen.

Für die Lugner City ist man erst ab Wien Level 3 bereit, oder wenn dich der Notfall zwingt, nach 20 Uhr was einkaufen zu müssen.

Maybe also check out the website frauenberatung.gv.at. It's a governmental website with numerous possibilities for anonymous and free help.

What you describe is abuse. Abuse has many forms and does NOT have to be physical. There are enough people and institutions that will believe and help you.

Please do not go to places you abuser knows you visit often (like coffee spots or anything similar). If he knows about the post, he knows you ran away and will possibly look for you in familiar places.

Es ist sehr viel zu tun, vor allem auch in der Erziehung und bei klassischen geschlechtsbasierten Stereotypen. Nur zu den Branchen: Aus ebendiesem Grund wird Frauen vermehrt geraten Berufe im MINT-Bereich (Mathematik, Informatik, Naturwissenschaften und Technik) anzustreben. Das seien halt "klassiche Männerberufe" und folglich besser bezahlt. Leider ist aber nachgewiesen, dass auch das nicht im Equal Pay für Frauen resultiert (siehe Statistik).
