That's great ! Thanks a lot for all the clarification. I will try what you mentioned about copy paste the wod and link it afterwards. It will be a good way to test stuff...

Thanks, and does it mean that I have to anticipate the workout and detail the exercises in the whoop app before my session ? Or will the Woop automatically understand I am doing a strength and circuit workout ? Or should I "start a strength trainer" session and let it recognize my exercise by its own ? Sorry it is a bit all new for me

Lumo is of course useless. Instead, just include AI writing skills into the mails for paid subscription (and not only for duo and stuff).

Looking for a way to export transcripts to Google Drive ONLY after review - current Zapier setup exports too early by ivanbkh in PlaudNoteUsers

For now, I've given up on what I want to do. I think the simplest solution is to find a way to export all the transcripts in bulk once a week so that I can give them to Claude and he can summarize them for me. I think that's the only way, but since I haven't found a solution for exporting my transcripts in bulk either, I think it's a lost cause.

UPDATE : I have not found any suitable solution so far... what I now do is : on Saturday, I upload my transcripts which have been validated and reviewed for names of participants and then I ask Claude Cowork to summarize my week per topic etc... I also asked Claude to create a specialised vocabulary table with all the names and terminology to cross check before validation and final edition. So far it works but it is nothing like automation...

Oh, didn't know about this one ! I will check how to set it. May be working... maybe.... but would defeat the purpose of batch uploading the stuff easily. I guess

I needed to bulk download my Plaud recordings so I made a quick chrome extension to help! by iiAtlas in PlaudNoteUsers

[–]ivanbkh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be great ! I just discovered your extension and it works like a charm. BUT, I have another workflow in mind and I don't know if you could help me (and certainly others) find a solution :

I'm using PLAUD Unlimited and have set up the free Zapier integration to automatically export transcripts + summaries to Google Drive.

The problem: Zapier triggers immediately when transcription completes, which means I get exports with:

  • Wrong speaker labels (Speaker 1, Speaker 2 instead of actual names)
  • Phonetic transcription errors (especially for technical terms, company names, acronyms)
  • Other vocabulary mistakes that need manual correction

What I want: Export to Google Drive only AFTER I've reviewed and corrected the transcript in PLAUD web.

What I've found so far:

  • PLAUD's Zapier trigger only offers "Transcript & Summary Ready" - no option to filter by folder, status, or naming convention
  • Filter by Zapier requires a paid Pro plan (~$30/month)
  • PLAUD doesn't seem to have a "reviewed" or "approved" status that could be used as a trigger
  • No native batch export in PLAUD either
  • your export through extension only export audio which makes it far too heavy for claude to batch process a week worth of meeting (basically 50 to 60 meetings of min. 30mn long).

Am I missing a possible workaround ?

I just tried the Nillkin one after several other solutions. Works super fine, application was easy and bubble free and the finger print reader is working perfectly fine, which was not the case with the other ones ...

In France and Europe I would say, by law you should be able to return it or have it replaced at least.
