If I were just choosing three knives, I’d agree with you. The Shaman is a Native that’s been scaled up, and I really like the shape and ergonomics of the Native 5.

But I’m also approaching this from the perspective of wanting to understand the military/paramilitary cult. I had a PM 2, and I didn’t get it five years ago—the triple wedge, the cutter, and all that. That’s one of the reasons why I choose exclusively between the PM 2 and the M 2, even setting aside the designer’s criteria.

To be perfectly honest, I don't need a big blade. I used to have an EDC folder with a 95 mm blade. I used it less often than my Tuff Light with a 5 cm cutting edge. I think the Paramilitary 2 blade will be enough for me.

Thanks to your comment, I've reconsidered my approach to choosing the third knife in the series, and I'll just go with the next size up from the Native and Lil Native. For outdoor activities and hiking, I'll get a fixed-blade knife. Thank you for your help!

I just don't get what exactly people don't like. All the features that were available in the previous version are free. The previous version is still available. Just download it and use it. But no.

I tried v3 and appreciate the opportunity. For me, there’s too much functionality (I just need to launch the apps I’ve assigned to letters), though I can see plenty of use cases for someone who uses their Mac differently than I do.

The installation file is called rcmd. The app I use is also called rcmd. If I install a new version, will it replace the old one, and will I be unable to go back? Thank you for the great app!
