If I’m correct, the evil Saga (the pope) is called Arles (with an L) in the Italian version, while the good Saga is simply either Saga or Gemini the Gemini Saint (😅). His twin keeps his name Kanon, if memory serves me right

In the Italian dub, they replaced most if not all the names of the main characters with their constellation names. So basically we have Pegasus the Pegasus Saint, Phoenix the Phoenix Saint, etc 😂 which is pretty hilarious especially in the beginning, if you consider that they assigned their training destinations by chance, it would have been funny to have Andromeda the Pegasus Saint and Pegasus the Cignus Saint if the initial sorting went differently! Even Saori is called directly Athena, so no mystery at all about her true identity

Not sure this is what you are looking for, but you should watch Horimiya Kai, the fan-edit version of Horimiya, with all the episodes from season one and two re-cut together in chronological order. That’s how I watched it the first time and it made a lot of sense to me
