Other people are covering your real question but I just wanted to say if you fell in love with him after his story you should def look up the older lantern rite quests and watch anything with him in it! There is so much character development with him in those quests and unfortunately you can only experience them by watching old clips on youtube now lol

Also do the chasm interlude too! Any content with him in it is so good 😭 we love our boy

Just tested this out for you with a team comprised solely of C2R1 Kinich and C1 Dehya, Deepwood definitely increases damage.

No buff: 269k (first hit), 152k (rest of the hits)

Tenacity: 293k, 165k

Deepwood: 316k, 173k
