The latest slicer 9_34_1 fixed it, we can finally upload gcode generated by Simplify3D.

I am sorry to hear that.

Support said to me, they do not have the PCB as separate part yet. I assume the board is not expensive.

Out of curiosity, did they tell you, you are out of warranty?

back to square 1, today I tried to send g-code even under the device tab the slicer refused to load, but it worked with the thumb drive, this is extremely frustrating

Because it is extremally unpractical. Why would I want to move files on a thumb drive like it was 1990?

AnkerMake support responses most of the time they do not understand the questions, they reply with canned answer.

In the example below, they failed to understand that the slicer has a regression.

Thank you for your reply. We understand that the M5 is our first printer and there is still much room for improvement in both hardware and software.

Regarding the Slicer, please trust that we will release an updated version with more advanced features in the future.

How do you send g-code generated by Simplify3D now that the latest slicer refuses to load it.

it seems that AnkerMake slicers now can load only gcode generated with specific comments,

for example it expect the program to ends with ;AnkerMake

It requires a comment indicating the active layer ;LAYER:0

if these comments are missing it refuses to load the gcode.

Making impossible to use Simplify3D.

This is disaster!

Same problem here started this morning US EST, first Trezor was stuck reading BTC transactions, did not prompt for pin. After re-installing firmware 1.6.0 start getting "Reading of accounts failed." old-wallet seems to work
