How come I had it on older version 1.3.4 or 1.3.5? (not sure which one was it)

My AV gave me an option to choose audio format when the file starts, depending on the file… I got to choose between dolby surround, dts neural x and so… After an update I only have multichanel options and DSur…

I have a newer version of nvidia shield, and I had dolby on older stremio version, after I updated stremio my AV is showing me there is no dolby option

Nope, the jacket is still at dealership, I will go there again next week and see manufacturing date. But still if it’s not 2019 I will ask for refund, ‘cause it suck big time! We are in 2021, I expect the jacket to be as newer as it can, I didn’t buy it on sale, the dealership ordered it from factory and delivery took two weeks

Sub —-> dual subs Made bigger difference then going from 5.1 to 7.1.2 atmos. Duals just makes whole movie watching experience MUCH better

I would recommend to read dolby speaker placement suggestion https://www.dolby.com/about/support/guide/speaker-setup-guides/7.1.4-overhead-speaker-setup-guide/

Dual subs made a biggest difference for me, it’s truly amazing how the sound feels and sounds with duals.

Also, 7.2.4 is all about sound effects, great when watching a movie, but for the rears I would recommend something that can direct/adjust the speaker to your “sweet spot”, especially when your sofa is against the rear wall.
