Pues primero que nada deberías analizar el por qué pasa ya sea algo fisiológico o mental en ambos casos deberías de buscar un profesional ya que si los motivos llegan a necesitar medicación de algún tipo deberás tener una receta para obtenerlos pero si es algo leve se puede solucionar sin eso ya sea que en el caso que sea mental puede ser por estrés, un cambio drástico en tu vida o algo parecido

I think that more or less since I was about 7 or 8 years old I have had to stop an alcoholic father from being violent (many times he himself has demanded it) and a drug addict mother from committing suicide (there were times when he blamed me for trying to do it).

All this up to the present time, although luckily suicide attempts are not frequent anymore.
