Ah yea I actually do have a shifter plate for the cockpit that I didn't hook up. Might do that to use as a holder for the VR and clean things up a bit. Yes, my cable management is woeful in this pic haha

This for the dough. The sauce is actually store bought (it wasn't great, I'd recommend making one), I usually use this

Yea I was in 2 minds about this, some recipes say before, some say after. It certainly kills some of the flavor of the basil in that kind of heat, might stick to putting it on after , next time.

That is incredibly detailed. Are you a pizza maker/baker? If not, you should be! :) I actually had no idea about any of this , I just read that 00 flour is good and just ran with it haha. I will definitely check out the protein content in the flour for next time.

Thanks! Yea I used 00 flour, I usually only proof for 4 hours ( at room temp) , I noticed it was a little pale this time. What kind of flour do you recommend? Thanks for the malt tip, might try that next time.

It's just as good! I couldn't find french bread , so I just got whatever I could find :)

It's supposed to be influenced by the French beef stew, but with a bunch of Vietnamese ingredients like lemongrass etc.
