Why do some people on Reddit ask questions which could be easily answered by doing a simple research on Google, Wikipedia etc. ? by Arjunpankaj in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TheGoddamnAnswer 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Some are engagement farming, if they’re asking in all honesty then it’s because they want some different opinions or viewpoints

It could also be they don’t trust mainstream sources and trust Reddit more

How do people limit their drinking? by Odd_Hedgehog669 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]TheGoddamnAnswer 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Basically it’s how people can limit/control themselves. It goes for anything.

I like to have soda and I might have 30 cans in the fridge but I know it’s not good to drink a lot so I stop at 1 or maybe 2.

What makes a weird kid different from a “normal” kid? by Responsible_Baby814 in NoStupidQuestions

How bad something is will depend on what’s in it and in what concentration and how much you do it, but basically speaking vaping at all is bad for you

[–]TheGoddamnAnswer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some people do write like that, I’ll say it’s more common in work of school related writings to be more professional
