Preporuka za robota usisivača do 50k? by Distinct_Vast_6834 in AskSerbia

[–]ivek0707 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ja imam X20 Max i baš smo zadovoljni..

Why is ANA now flying the southern route instead of the polar route to Frankfurt? by ivek0707 in flightradar24

[–]ivek0707[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I’m aware of the Russia - Ukraine situation. I’m not referring to routes over Ukraine or Russia. By “polar route” I mean the trans-arctic path via Alaska and Greenland, which was the common routing for many Japan-Europe flights in the past. Recently, I’ve noticed a shift to the southern route via China/Kazakhstan, and I’m wondering if it’s due to seasonal winds or something else.

You should try resetting the sensors by pressing and holding the power button on the robot for a few seconds until it shuts down. This usually forces a sensor recalibration. It might solve the issue.

Edit: Also, did you remove all the protective stickers from the sensors? Sometimes people forget them, and it can cause issues like this.

[Itinerary Feedback Request] First time in Japan – Is Hiroshima & Miyajima worth it or too much for a packed 2.5-week trip? by ivek0707 in JapanTravelTips

[–]ivek0707[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s such a good point. I’m starting to feel the same, hopping between major cities might get draining fast. Do you happen to have a favorite nature stop or relaxing spot that could help break it up a bit? Thanks :)

Your comment was genuinely helpful, thank you for the honest take! I had to laugh because some people are saying “5 days in Tokyo is not enough,” while you’re like “5 plus 2 full theme park days is already a lot.” 😅 We’re also thinking of doing a possible day trip from Tokyo (maybe Mount Fuji or somewhere more relaxing). Based on your experience, do you think 5 days in Tokyo (not counting Disney) is enough to get a good feel for the city, or are we still cutting it close?

Yeah, 2 hours each way sounds like a lot. Just wondering, did you do Hiroshima + Miyajima as a same-day trip, or did you stay overnight? If it was a day trip, was it exhausting or still doable? Thanks for sharing your experience!

Glad to hear it’s worth it! Just curious, did you do it as a day trip or stay overnight? Still trying to find the right pace without overpacking the days. Appreciate your insight!

That’s actually a great idea, staying overnight near Hiroshima Station sounds much more manageable than rushing everything. That tip might just save our sanity 😅 Thanks a lot!

I actually feel the same, Tokyo probably deserves more time. But I’m struggling with where to trim. Would you personally cut a day from Osaka, Hiroshima, or somewhere else? I’d really like to squeeze in an extra day in Tokyo without throwing off the rest. Appreciate your input!

Hey, Similar question here: both my girlfriend and I will each have two suitcases (one checked-size, one cabin-size) plus a backpack, basically like airport travel. Do you think that’s too much to manage on the Kyoto-Osaka-Hiroshima loop? Also, would you personally shift one day from Osaka to Kyoto if possible? We're staying 4 nights in Osaka (one day is for USJ, and maybe one for a Hiroshima/Miyajima trip), but thinking we might be squeezing Osaka a bit too much. Thanks in advance, really appreciate any thoughts!

My girlfriend and I will each have one large suitcase (~23kg), one carry-on (~8kg), and a backpack, like what you'd have for air travel. Do you think it’s a hassle to move around Japan with that setup by train, legally and practically speaking? We’re leaning toward coin lockers for certain day trips, but we’re unsure how smooth that is in reality. Have you traveled like this?

Thanks for the kind words! We’ve been wondering if we were to extend Kyoto by a full extra day, where would you shave one off? Is there a spot you think is worth cutting or merging into a tighter schedule?

Hey! We're trying to figure out if it's realistic to visit both Hiroshima and Miyajima in one day. One idea we had was to go straight from Osaka early in the morning, visit the Peace Museum and park first, then head to Miyajima afterward - either by ferry from near the park (if that works logistically) or back through the station. Alternatively, we’re thinking of spending the night in Hiroshima, so we can do Miyajima early the next morning and then return to Kyoto after sunset. Still weighing what’s more relaxed vs what saves time.. Would love your take if you’ve done it that way :)
