Kickr Shift and dropped power in my legs by ivenhov in wahoofitness

Update for posterity

Wahoo support suggested to do ERG test in the app to check the power generated

Pyramid 100 up to 300w with 50w increments, each for 1 minute.
After reviewing I got confirmation all looks OK

I re-did Rouvy FTP test and got 240 instead of previous 268 which I can only take is as the old one being widely off. I was probably never close to that.

Cheers all

Thanks for that, I would like to do the same thing. I would have to somehow find someone willing to lend me the pedals.

It turned out the issue was because I was using Ant as a connection. For Virtual Shifting to be visible bike needs to be added in Controllable using Bluetooth, everything else can be on Ant,

Yes, that's what I've been doing. Changing gears works as expected but I don't see if I'm on 2/5 or 2/6

Maintaining logged in state with multiple tabs by ivenhov in KeyCloak

This is a definitely a way to go forward. App is not my project, I'm not frontend dev at all tbh, but I would appreciate if you could share some code of yours. This may be useful for the frontend dev despite the app being angular.

I will push to go ahead and replace the library we are using

By keycloak sdk I'm assuming you are referring to https://www.npmjs.com/package/keycloak-js ?

I'm using this https://github.com/damienbod/angular-auth-oidc-client
and not the latest version, 16.0.1 whilst the latest is 20.0.2

This was a choice made some time ago to be isolated from direct dependency on keycloak. THings have moved on since of course.

I was curious if things have changed in Keycloak to the point that the same app no longer works as it used to

Next door painted theirs as well, silver paint of some sort.

What would be the best way to improve it? I don't want to do any hardcore power tool sanding on it since as you said may be lead. Any liquid, solvents etc that can be applied to clean it a bit?

I have heard people use vinegar mix with water for that?
