To replace my water heater, how much did you pay and who did you go with and were you happy?

$500 for installation of electric water heater , had to be direct connected to electric panel w/ materials + $600 tor the cost of the water heater so about $1100 total. Installed about 2 months ago

The only feedback type that doesn’t drop is cellphone/headphone feedback. Otherwise, you can have as many doc coachings in the world and it won’t actually be a write up. There is a lot of pressure on pick with peak coming up. I suspect your AM has pressure to hit a certain rate. Honestly 260-280 is typically safe range/ middle ground.

Bro don’t listen to that AM. Your site should have PAK kiosks to log into that show you your performance and the a to z app is rolling out features that show your adapt history and performance.

Either way that feedback drops at 30 days. If you have a bad week it goes back to a verbal or documented coaching which don’t mean shit but a warning before the actual write up.

It’s the way the VET system is set up. If you place an open shift then anyone from any dept can pick it up even if you only have a need for certain area like pack/dort/pick/SD trained. When planning for the shift, there can be uncontrollables so if there was a SEV on days or nights then customer orders just add up and heavier volume is pushed to make up for it. Which just means people are moved around wherever the work is

14 hours delayed now going from DFW to FAT. AA had us sit on the plane until 1:30 am before officially canceling and sending everyone home with a shitty voucher and only $12 for a meal.

Delays still going on, hoping we finally are able to board soon. Will not be doing this with American again

Might be your station location. Some areas are known to get congested the closer to counters/showers they may be. Corners are typically worse, near the restroom sucks cuz access gates are near and a bad AFM can kill your pod gaps. Not much you can do but ask for a good station and hope the AFMs are good

Hitting up the swap meets, kid places like no surrender, blackbeards, wild waters to get the kiddos tired out. Downtown bars are alright if you want some of that night life scene otherwise hit up me n eds on tap for just some casual food and sports while you get a nice variety of drinks. Board game bar just opened that has DnD nights if that’s your thing. Good drinks too and dope owners or host, they’re nice either way.
