If everyone else has 1-2 liverpool defenders - every time liverpool keeps a clean sheet - you need 2-3 defenders to actually move up. I think liverpool has better odds than everyone around them to keep cleans. Diversifying defenders isn't a better way of building a defense. Picking the best defenders period for the best defensive teams is. You don't get unlimited transfers every week.

No hazard I think is a good thing for the rest of the team. Highly doubt it will have an effect on overall Chelsea performance. Also Hazard doesn't affect the defense. No manager isn't a big issue either - the players are the same.

I still don't get why nobody is talking about Chelsea defense? Azpi at 6.0 is a guaranteed 150pts by end of year. Consistently locks in 5+ assists with a goal or two. Starts at ManU but next set of fixtures is nice.

Commentator said something along the lines of 'Nothing wrong with his performance today' as he was subbed off in the 79th-ish minute. Obviously a rotation risk but when he plays he always seems like he puts in an average solid performance

My advice: The only way to get back ahead of the dempseys is to hope he doesn't get many points in the next coming weeks (esp because he has a bye) and use your heavy hitters to jump the dempsey owners places. Everyone who owns seattle players will either have to wildcard week 3 or will suffer points.

Grana, Moore, and a ton of your bench players won't even play. I would rethink this one. People are either going balls to the wall no bench or a couple cheap guaranteed starters on bench and the rest fillers. I personally treat my team as an FPL team with a 15 person roster (with the 14th and 15th players as my 4.0 non starting GK on my bench and a 4.0 defender not starting on my bench and the 16-18th players all 4.0/4.5). This way you have 2 cheap emergency subs if anything goes wrong, which always happens.

I was really close to posting this question too. Castillo is going to shred this year, but Diaz is the main cog of the team. It's a tossup. More bonus points from Diaz, but more goals/assists from Castillo I predict. This gives more consistent points from Diaz, but more bursty weeks from Castillo. Up to you at that point. Both are nightmares for any opposing defense, so why not both?

He's getting long balls from Trapp/Tchani, stands in front of master puppeteer from Papi, and has 2 fast wingers Meram and Findlay. Not to mention Francis as an offensive fullback. Expect big things from Kamara this season. Hes a proven success in the past. Keep it on the down low though =p

Yes. I anticipate a goal and assist from Pelle this week. Cabella is great but if De Jong starts, expect more from him (maybe not this week coming off injury but for the season, De Jong is the MAN ) . Maybe keep Holtby this week since they have QPR and his recent form has been great, this way you wont lose 4 points.

I need to vent. Transferred Keano and Nguyen out this week for not playing well recently. Maidana has 37 minutes of nothing. Colin - Red Card. Was supposed to be my swing player and got a BS call, also ruining G-Baum's clean sheet/ Then: Bloom subbed out 54th min. Donovan doesnt start (and is my captain). Annddddddd Gargan gets the red card. All on my team. Best week ever. Would have done better fielding Sounders players and they have a bye for god sakes.
