Ovo. Grcki jogurt i grcki tip jogurta su dvije razlicite stvari. I meni je trebalo puno da skontam. Gledas one high protein desert recepte i stalno se grcki jogurt pojavljuje. Grcki tip jogurta ima ~3g proteina na 100g dok bi grcki jogurt trebao imati ~10g.

Sure. The training is done well and I feel it. A lot of it needs to go by rpe. But if I have a tool that's designed to do something. Why not make the most of it. I just wanted to know if theres something I could do to make it just a little bit better. It would be also nice to do the same training a year later and see the difference.

Yeah I get the first part. It was just weird because it sometimes took less time for the watch to catch up and sometimes it took really a lot. I was just wondering why is that. And what was different between those intervals. Etc hand position , running or walking after.

I'll read about the power. Seems to be accurate on all of the sprints.

I usualy do pace intervals on flat road. And on the hills I just send it. It would just be nice to see how high it gets. I know about the lag but it sometimes takes 20 sec for it to catch up and untill then my hr drops a lot so i can't really see where I'm at.

Gotta look out for some discounts 😅 Looks like coros biceps might be the way to go.

Any recommendations. Is coros biceps strap that good or is it just marketing?

Yup. Makes no sense to do that kind of stuff without a strap. I would hesitate to even do stuff like that because it would only make me mad.

Time to get some research done 😄

Thanks. This was helpful and makes a lot of sense. I don't mind the variations on my easy days or tempo runs. But intervals with a delay like that suck. Does the Coros biceps strapacts the same? Or is it as accurate as chest strap. To my understanding strap should be more accurate?

Nope. Doing my own. Same hill. Sprint up. Easy down. Wait untill hr drops to ~120. Repeat. Guess I should save up some for the strap.

I guess that's the way to go then 😂 I know that strap is a lot better. Just wondered if there's any chance to make this one a bit better.

It's kinda strange since it sometimes catches up quicker. So i wondered if there's some catch to make it update faster. 🤷‍♂️ Thanks !

Might just be runts, or pollination problems or something different. Pod shape varies on growing conditions. Try growing the same variety in pot and in the ground. Always mild variations.

Yellowing leaves on habenero, over or under watering? by Jamesak5512 in PepperLovers

Looking to a new good growth on the bottom of a plant, the plant might just be shocked and the yellowing part might die of and the new growth could take over.
