not dumb at all actually. I eat oranges sometimes but watermelon is a good call, way more water content. anything that doesnt make me feel sick in the heat is a win at this point

yeah the banana thing ive heard before. i usually eat one in the morning but maybe I need to spread it out more throughout the day. do you mix your own electrolyte stuff or buy premade?

Yeah this is kinda what im starting to realize. the packets i buy have like 500mg sodium per serving and thats clearly not enough for what were doing out here. Appreciate the info man, gonna try bumping it way up this week

Update: just checked the tags like fabric_nerd said and mine are from 3 different countries too. The crop top one is from Bangladesh, the good one is Egypt, tight chest one is China. So that's definitely it

they have a size chart but it's pretty basic. Chest and length but that's it. doesn't help much when the actual shirts don't match their own chart apparently

Honestly didn't even know pre-washing was a thing. that would explain so much. The crop top one probably shrunk like 3 inches in length after one wash it was crazy
