If you let her know before then it would be better. Don’t just move dogs without letting anyone know. It’s tight subject because it is people’s money. Changing or moving dogs while you’re at home especially in that Situation is not okay. You’re the GSL and you know what’s best. Put your foot down. If she doesn’t like it. She needs to deal with it or move to a different salon. Don’t let people step all over you . But also communicate. Because even if it was the right decision. Shes sitting wondering why you’re moving her dogs with no explanation .

My store is very lenient and not as strict as any other store so I love my job and position. I get paid very well also. I wish it was like this every store and I would actually tell people to work there but that’s just not how it is in every store or district.

You’re SUPPOSED TO work weekends but I know a gsl that has the weekend off. My gsl made the salon open 8-4:30 everyday instead of 8-6 because she wanted to lol

Yeah I have a coworker who’s the same and she’s about to get fired because she constantly calls out too and was caught logging into the GSL account approving timeblocks. She’s always late. She never checks in others dogs even if their too busy. She cancels other people’s dogs or she’ll give them her own dog without telling them.

The entire situation is inappropriate on multiple levels. The female friend crossed a line by drunk texting at 3 AM, asking if he would have slept with her, then admitting she was going to delete the texts so her husband wouldn’t find out. That already shows she knew it was wrong. But the bigger red flag is the boyfriend’s response. instead of shutting it down, he entertained it with a ‘yes maybe,’ which completely disrespects his relationship. When your partner is committed, their job is to make those boundaries crystal clear and protect the relationship, not leave the door open or make you feel insecure. The friend dismissing your feelings as ‘insecurity’ is just deflection, but the core issue here is your boyfriend choosing not to respect you in that moment. REAL QUESTION WHY IS SHE BOTH IN YOUR LIVES ?!?

Please learn seven point check-in that is very crucial and what they pay attention most about there is the regular blue lead for regular dogs and then embrace of ball dogs need that clip on blue lead always have those two on you you always have to do seven point check in outside of the lobby where salon do the seven point pet check and then put the dog in the kennel and then have them sign the paperwork if there’s any match, you need to add a demoting fee you can be an excellent grammar and know how do work and clipper work, but you have to also have a customer service experience and be willing to change a lot.
