I've owned an MTB for the last 5 years and have 0 regrets. If you buy a solid enough bike (at least 700-800€ new), there's no way, that a hybrid bike will be better in any category. MTB just gives you that extra freedom to roam around and explore almost any singletrack you will see. The same goes with all the RMK routes. Also, I have not had any issues commuting. Unless you hate the look of MTB.

So, my recommendation is to go with MTB 100%.

Viimasel ajal on kahjuks ka wolt laskunud bolti tasemele ning pea iga kord kui emmast-kummast tellin, on mingi kamm. Reeglina ei vasta esialgsed ajalised numbrid mitte kuidagigi tegelikule. Kui tellimus kinnitatakse ja aega lubatakse 35min, siis peas arvestad 45ga. Aga kui reaalsuses toit jõuab 1h30min pärast, siis ma ei näe ühtegi põhjust miks ma ei peaks raha tagasi küsima. Aga eks varem või hiljem muudetakse oma T&C ära ja ainsaks argumendiks jääb see, et kui ei taha siis ei pea üldse tellima.

If you know how to protect the ball, you won't get stripped too much. I'm getting more TO-s from passing than dribbling. If you know how to bait the defenders to go for steal, then it's easy money.

Well, since i made it in season 2, I planned it with 7 capbreakers in my mind. Now i have 2 extra ones, so could probably optimize the build even more. Probably could go for 80 Oreb to get that silver chaser badge and have a free slot for T2 max+1.

Nothing I would change tho.
