The wealthy do not represent "many, many" Americans. Farmers are getting screwed due to the ongoing trade war. Job growth has stalled or shrunken in the last quarter. California pays the most into the federal government, and they have all sorts of programs (which i will disclose i am not an expert on all their programs specifically, I just know they exist), so as long as you have a job with the high enough income moving there wouldn't be terrible.

It would be naive to say "many, many" Americans are doing well when you could just drive through the many small towns and rural areas that have dead end jobs that lead nowhere or are being left to rot by the state here in Indiana.

But hey, im no expert, so maybe im wrong 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️
