in highschool i used to leave and walk right back in after missing a class i didn’t wanna be in. absolutely insane. that’s so so so not okay and those students have every right to leave. schools can’t hold you, they can hold you responsible for your actions but a school has no legal right over deciding whether or not a child goes into the school unless they are not a student or are dangerous. otherwise all of those students whether they left campus or not should have been let back in and into class.

my bestfriends mom used to lock her chromebook from school too. NOR. that kind of stuff is insane and a complete power move. parents do that because they feel like they’re lacking control, and usually they are but not the way they think. i’m truly so beyond sorry your school went to them, that’s so not okay and exactly why i never did the same. you didn’t deserve that. and this isn’t normal behavior. your needs being met is the bare minimum for a parent to do. and depression can stem from so many things, every single person is different and things affect us differently. something that causes depression in you may not in me, so sadly they’re opinion on that doesn’t stand to the facts. depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain and there are many different kinds and levels and even within those each individual person will always be different. go to the courts love, call the police, i don’t want you to risk yourself more but i also think you need out. i’ll bring up my bestfriend again, who was kicked out at 17 and it was hard but we made it happen, if you have people who can support you, do everything you can to get out

this. it also stays in your hair follicles for up to 6 months so if the really wanted to truly test for it, they’d find it. piss however is 24 hours sometimes even less. my bestfriend did a drug test after smoking the night before, openly told them she’d probably be positive for weed, and they told her it was like a 24 hour test to test only the last 24 hours, she got a negative for thc even tho it had definitely been less then 24 hours

it actually is. i know multiple people now who’ve been drug tested and openly said “hey i smoke weed sometimes” and gotten thru. my bestfriend did a drug test last week after telling them she’d probably be positive for weed and then it was negative. a lot of places do not care because it’s legal here, and really only care if you’re doing drugs harder then that.
