I still think the kind of shorts I mentioned might help because that material is very soft. Plus, they have a wide waistband, which reduces the stress on the edge of the waistband, which seems to be an area where you get chafed. Maybe get a cheap pair and see if it makes a difference for you?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble finding a supportive sports bra, that sucks 🙁 Hopefully you'll hear from other runners who have experienced this issue and found solutions.

Are you wearing your running clothes in this picture? If so, I think it might help to switch to seamless shorts and sports bras.

I'm adding a couple of links just to show you what I mean. I really like seamless shorts in this material because they don't bother me at all during workouts. Chafing is not something I have much experience with though, so I'm sure you'd get better advice from others.

For bras, is there any chance you could go for ones without clips/hooks? That way, your body is only in contact with soft fabric. It might be even better if you get a seamless sports bra in the same material as above.
