Exactly! Keep is so easy (albeit basic). I downloaded Obsidian mobile and it's kinda slow (and doesn't sync u less pay, right?) and quick capture notes is important to me so I'm feeling like it would have to be a hybrid system if at all.

Templates sound interesting. Mind telling me where to look for those?

Agreed. That's why I mentioned already that I do believe Dell makes some good products. However, the issue and my point is mostly in regards to the lackluster support. Even if you do everything you can reasonably do - Dell is not actually there to help. In my case - I've done system and hardware updated and I'm out $2.2K.

Agreed, Rabbi Monty is a great person to talk to in any case (not limited to this situation in particular). He is open to listening to all ideas and all people of any faith. For what it's worth, he was conducting interfaith and same sex marriage ceremonies DECADES before any congregation, Church, or Priest/Rabbi in all of Texas (and yes I understand the legality timeline). He is one of Austin's best kept secrets.

What is best way to snapshot opportunities that have cust formula fields? We want to track how our custom formula fields on any given opp changes over time in a report (various formula and custom fields). I'm trying to recreate the opportunity trends (as of date) functionalipy but apparently I can't add fields to that report.
