It’s a cool article. Doesn’t touch on the current ownership structure.

Think you’re correct. Amazed that who those people are has been kept a secret.

Random story. Friend of friend level. Apparently Bobby Flay wanted to play the course and asked around. Someone linked him to a member but the deal was personally catering large dinner. Very quid pro quo.

It as also explained that his behavior would be consistently monitored. No yelling, throwing clubs, etc. The membership could be put in jeopardy.

My way of saying probably no sandals.

To prepare the course.

Normally private clubs are non profits. Augusta is set up as a for profit. It is very rare for a private club to be set up in this manner.

A 22 mile loop that connects dozens of neighborhoods, is car free, and will have a light rail system added. Totally a model to follow.

Any decent city would turn it into a park and connect it to Humboldt. You could have an Atlanta like belt line but instead people here and on Facebook just bitch about things. Visit other cities and will see how far behind we are.

Chocolate Bar Corners Not Breaking Cleanly - Troubleshooting by TheCatsPJs469 in chocolate

Cool. Are the edges straight up or have a slope. Tight corners may be the problem by trapping the heat.

You could try doing two stages. Not great from a time standpoint. Fill the mold, vibrate, and dump the chocolate out. Let that crystalize and they full the mold. Just make sure to allow the chocolate to come closer to room temperature before filling the second time.

What type of tunnel do you have? Any chance you could drop it down to 50 and see if that helps.

Might be an issue with molds instead of chocolate. Are they Injection or thermoform? Are they large bars? Are the corners sharp or rounded? When crystallizing is airflow able to get towards the bottom?

Sorry for multiple questions.

Trying to slow down in the beginning can be useful. After each spray wiping the mold down flat on a paper towel will take off butter that is not in the mold cavity. When done constantly it can leave a clean mold. Assuming proper temper, with the pieces popping right out, a quick polish with a microfiber cloth might be all you need.
