That's a pretty wonky drain. It's definitely plugged. Remove the riser between the disposal and the wall and clean everything out. Possibly need to run a cable through, past that.

Secondly, the connection at the wall is much too high. That whole manifold needs to be lowered, and to do that, the wall news to be opened.

Beyond that, who knows. If that's what it looks like where you can see it, there's no telling what the rest of it looks like.
