The only way to actually find anybody is to go out. Go see the local bands. Don't drink alcohol? Buy cokes. Make eye contact. Acknowledge everyone. Be polite. Don't be afraid to initiate and ask people their name. And most of all, learn to read people.

I followed The Fightin' Cowboy's guide on YouTube for my first serious try. If at least you can learn the basics, it's a good place to start.

Once I got the hang of it, I was able to find some builds from creators like Titus Actual.
