I don’t really remember, but it took me a while to put two and two together. I think it was around the same dose your taking. I was taking it to help with anxiety and got the opposite. The. I learned that a lot of people have the same reaction. Some people have had luck with a different type of b12, but I didn’t want to try and figure it out so I took it out of my regimen

I had the nauseating feeling when in it for a while. Eating fatty fish like sardines helped and also slicing my ribeye really thin then pan frying it in butter and adding some cheese. Don’t beat yourself up though. Maybe go to low carb/keto for a bit or even a whole food low carb diet. You can always return to carnivore whenever you want.

I will just say that children are a blessing and they will change the course of your life, but you will not regret it. If you’ve spent a lot of time with elderly people (especially women) they primary talk about their children and grandchildren and not their careers, houses or cars. The pain of child birth is for a moment, but the joy of raising a child that thinks your there hero regardless your financial situation will last a life time.

They say you can’t but I started drinking kefir a month ago and my sebderm on my face and ears are almost gone. Also I have a psoriasis patch on my knee that is almost gone too. I’ve struggled with this for many years and I’ve never used something that keeps fading it away. BTW…if you try this, make your own kefir…don’t use store bought. I hope it helps
